Just started using this product. Down 5 pounds in 2 days and I’m not really watching what I’m eating. Added 1.5 scoops to a smoothie for breakfast. I didn’t do the 1 scoop 2x a day as recommended. It’s a little gritty but doesn’t change the taste of a smoothie. Suppressed appetite too. However definitely be near a potty! I already purchased more.
