Formulated with 10 strains of viable organisms including 30 billion Bifidobacterium CFUs and 25 billion Lactobacillus CFUS.   Recommended Usage: Add 1 Teaspoon to one cup of hot water, cover and let sit for 2 minutes stir or blend take once a day with breakfast.  A sweetener of your choice may be added for a more palatable taste.  Can also be enjoyed as a delicious cold drink.
