How to Use: Add one scoop to 8 oz of warm water and 1 teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, stir or blend. Do not add sweeteners. Take once daily, before breakfast or before dinner. Drink at least six 8 ounce glasses of water daily. (Store in a cool, dry place.)
