How to Use: Add 1 tablespoon of the Sugar Control formula to one cup of hot water, cover and let steep for 2 minutes, stir or blend. Take twice a day, once with breakfast and once before bed. Can also be enjoyed as a delicious cold drink. Add 2 oz. of the Bitter Tea formula to one cup of hot, warm or cold water and drink 3 times a day. Take 2 Bitter Melon capsules daily before your choice of meals. Steep 1-2 Sugar Control tea bags in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Drink once before breakfast and once
before going to bed.

Drink at least six 8 ounce glasses of water daily.
