Suggested use: Before breakfast

 Add 2 table spoons  of Powder formula to 8 ounces of warm water mix or blend or just add  to your favorite fruit juice or your favorite     smoothie.

 Suggested usage: Drink 1 table spoon of Pancreas support twice daily preferable at lunch and before dinner.
