How to Use: Add 1 Teaspoon to one cup of hot water, cover and let sit for 2 minutes then stir or blend and take once a day with breakfast. Add 6 Table spoons to 1/2 Gallon of hot water cover and let sit for 45 minutes, then refrigerate. Drink at least six 8 ounce glasses of water daily. (Store in a cool, dry place.)
